Replaced the front mud/rim sill in our crawl space in November 2013. Worked very hard and did a good job.
This company may be OK for small jobs like most of the previous reviews, but they are simply not adequate for large demo and renovations. Scratched all my new stainless steel appliances, without fixing.. Lay heavy tools on new toilet seats, scratching them. Mismatched tile in one of my bathrooms and he charged me to fix it. Angled new seat in shower the wrong way, tried to fix it, now it's worse. Seams opening around shower floor they laid. Never came back to finish plumbing issues. Keep close tabs on receipts. Very impressed with Matt and the work completed by First Call Home Improvements. After submitting a request online, I received a call within hours from Matt. He had my job scheduled the next day. They arrived promptly and completed the job exactly as requested at a very competitive price. Overall, I was very pleased.
