2-2-15 This is an update to a previous review. We have had the BBB mediating for us to get our job completed. First Call stated that they no longer have a hardwood flooring person working with them, however they would compensate us $300 to hire someone to complete the "Minor" repairs. We hired a contractor and the total bill came to $1,015.74. First Call has not responded at all with reimbursement to complete the job they failed to complete. We have completed several jobs for these people totaling over $10,000.00 over the past several years and they were very happy with our work. They asked us to install some hardwood flooring in there house and we explained that we were involved in a very large remodel at the time which would take 6 months to complete and we could Not do the job.
