BUYERS BEWARE!!! For years we have successfully purchased multiple properties in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and our most recent transaction was with Thomas Pilcher. The seller insisted on using only First Baldwin Land Title, the first we have dealt with them. We should have been more suspicious with a seller refusing to use our tried and true title company.
