Would not recommend we tried call and the lady answered the phone and said sorry this place is already rented out would not let us talk or explain and she hung up on us that’s was so wrong and messed up she was very unpolitical . Very unprofessional
We moved into a house that looked newly remodeled. As it turned out, there have been several issues from plumbing to electrical systems behind the walls. 1st Avenue Properties has been extremely responsive. In one case we lost the outlets in both bathrooms. It looked like a GFI failure, but instead was a wiring failure between the circuit breaker box and the GFI in the main bathroom. They have been the best property management company I’ve ever had. They communicate well, they get issues resolved in real time no matter the time of day or during holidays. I highly recommend them!
This was the best experience we have had with a property manager and landlord. JoeAnne was very communicative and kind. Any maintenance request was addressed in a very timely fashion. We lived in our rental home for 5 years and only relocated due to a job opportunity out of state. Highly recommend 1st Avenue!! Very professional and fair.
