For first time being there it wasn't too bad. Tickets prices for the concert were very reasonable. The bartenders were helpful when I needed a snack for my daughter. Biggest draw back is not really a place to have kids for the family friendly concerts. We were lucky had VIP so able to be up toward front but pillar was definitely in way of full enjoyment
This is the first and last time I will ever attend a show here I brought my 12 year old daughter to see Kane brown and she has been shoved repeatedly I've had beer dumped down my back and the show hasn't even started!! This was suppose to be a kid friendly event and I beg to differ. It was a waste of my money to only see nothing but the back of people's head and have my child pretty much assaulted numerous times just so they who are 6 foot tall or more can refuse to let her 4 foot tall self see a little bit of the show! Amazing customer service!! Bought general admission tickets before VIP was available, and they were very helpful on getting me refunds for my general admission. Can't wait for the shows!!
Can't wait to go see Kane Brown again in June! So glad y'all got him for a second show!
I've never been here but hope to be soon to watch Kane Brown :)
