Been Trying to find something polite to say since Friday's show, the venue I thought was alright, however the Sound Guy just RUINED the show. The Opening Band Cordova sounded amazing, however when it came time for Shooter the Instruments were WAY too Loud, could not even hear shooter singing. One of the Crew talked to the sound guy at least 4 times in the time I stayed and the sound guy was making gestures like, this is the best I can do. My husband & I went to see Shooter Jennings last night. He’s not a big country fan, but he had a blast. I thoroughly enjoyed myself as well. We will definitely be back for another show. I was not disappointed at all! I will definitely recommend this Venue to others for concerts. Great prices & friendly staff.

Heading up there tomorrow night. For Kyle Park last time was great for Jason Boland. And Mike and the Moonpies. I am glad that the First Ave Club is bringing red dirt music to IOWA. Great venue keep it up. Good folks .
Just about the only option around the area for good Red Dirt Country concerts. Amazing response time for questions, awesome service, and great specials when it comes to buying tickets. Thanks for bringing so many great acts to more of any intimate venue.
Been there several times and have never been disappointed. Great artists, prepared staff, and affordable entertainment. Will absolutely be back!
