Very unorganized! You pay a lot of extra money for VIP and they allow the regular ticket people to rush in the concert area. There was a lot of pushing and arguments because people that paid for VIP has worse spots then the cheap ticket people. Several people said something and basically the workers didn't care. The place can't manage and handle large events hopefully they get a grip on things before they have a lawsuit on their hands from someone getting hurt!! Went for kane brown. Didn't know there was an opener and he was not good. Also the concert was supposed to be from 7-10 and kane played for maybe an hour. Really disappointed that drinks were so expensive and the pours were short.
Loved the fact that it was a small venue. Went here for a concert and the staff were very professional and helpful. Only downfall was I felt security should be watching more as there were kids laying on the floor and standing on the front gate along the stage. But otherwise no complaints.
