I submitted two requests (two separate people) for First American Title Company to contact me through their web site and never heard back from them. I was contacted almost immediately by a locally owned title company (when contacted in the same manner) and they earned the opportunity to close my property. Posting a feedback this low is not something I enjoy at all, but what would you do? I could of called them, but why - if you have a contact method on your web site, it should be monitored.
