I am significantly dissatisfaction with the escrow services provided by First American Title in Cupertino, with Larry Lacotti, Branch manager, for the purchase of my new home in Los Gatos, California. The process, which they managed, has been fraught with issues, and several critical problems remain unresolved. I highly recommend First American Title. The officer worked closely with my agent constantly and provided excellence customer services. We were able to close my escrow smoothly and quickly.

Bought/sold many houses this escrow is the worst! 1. ask you to fill out web portal (30 min work) 2. none of the web portal work is used in final signing 3 "beyond my pay grade", "Corporate controlled and beyond my controlled" seem to be standard response to any questions on against-common-sense practices
