First american title performed horribly. I have been in the industry for over 15 years and this is the worst experience I have had. They waited until the last moment to start working on my file and it back fired. They where unable to get the payoff amounts for my closing. This puts me in breach of contract with the buyers of my house. Any damages they suffer I have to pay for. Do not use the DTC branch it could cost you a lot of money.
