I tried to sign up for online urgent care and used both the online form and the AI/bot text version to sign up. Both were fruitless. I gave my information and scheduled a time frame and nothing happened. I was attempting to safely deal with my ear infection without being around people during this pandemic but this option did not work. I had to go to Pasadena urgent care where they finally were able to help me in person. Unfortunately that means I had to go out in the height of the pandemic. This is NOT an urgent care. This is just a place that will charge you to talk to a doctor over Skype. Complete scam business. Don't waste your time.
