The portal requested my personal information multiple times. My ID and Insurance information were uploaded into thin air. They mis-managed my appointment times and links. They ended up asking for all of my information manually multiple times without explanation. No continuity of service or information. They charged me for a co-pay with no receipt or documentation of the visit. No single person on the phone will give you the same answer twice. No effort is made to resolve concerns. Really friendly and knowledgable staff. Short wait, and telemedicine services on site, WOW!
Great service, I was in and out in no time. Very little wait and no appointment needed for their Express Care urgent care service. They have a pharm in the same building which is a huge plus, I didn't need to take time off work and I was able to walk right in.
Super convenient and friendly service. It's a little hidden, but if you find it, there is no wait to connect to a doctor, they have a special consult room and an express clinic for quick and easy consultations. Not to mention Pharmacy on site.
Excellent service and has a pharmacy available in the same locatioin! Super friendly
