Love this location, I was in and out in minutes. I've used their services before, and I'm happy they have express clinics inside of pharmacies!! No waiting, I paid a cash price of $35 bucks compared to my higher co-pay and I saw a Dr. in 10 minutes. Not to mention, I refilled my RX inside of the pharmacy.
Guess what they don't tell you when you come in asking to see a doctor? That its over Skype. I came in and made it very clear I needed to get my throat checked for an infection. After taking my info and my payment and making me wait a half hour, she calls me in and all I see is a screen with a doctor on the other side. I asked her why she didn't tell me, and how was a doctor supposed to see if I have a throat infection if its over Skype? We loved coming here, the convenience of not having to goto an Urgent Care and wait in line for 2 hours is worth their telemedicine service. AND ITS $35 bucks if you have no insurance, less than my COPAY. If you want high quality care, you can always goto UCLA and pay $800 for the same thing.
Really nice low profile place that I was able to get in refill a simple prescription without having to wait in lines, schedule weeks ahead and consult with a doctor in minutes. nice experience.
Really enjoyed my visit here, I love the warm environment. It's a perfect urgent care for simple checkups without the wait times. I was in and out with my refill in 15 minutes.
