I had an extremely disappointing and dangerous experience at this urgent care in August 2024. I went in because my throat was severely swollen, and it was difficult to swallow or breathe comfortably. The doctor briefly looked at me and sent me home, simply advising me to drink tea and honey. I trusted her instructions and did exactly as she said, but my condition worsened significantly. Horrible service by dr Whittiny. Very unprofessional and sad that she doesn’t want to prescribe medication to help children feel better. Felt discriminated by this doctor. All other doctor give great care.
Dr. T Whiting didn’t give a chance to ask any questions about her diagnosis and the receptionist nurse was also rude.
Dr. T. Whiting does not know what she’s doing. I told her, about my sore throat. In just 2 minutes, she prescribed antibiotics. I went home wandering if my swollen throat will lessen. I cannot even swallow. I called her, and she said, you can go over the counter. I ended up the same problem, I couldn’t sleep. And my cough was bothering me. Please don’t go to this doctor. If she’s a real doctor.
