I expected professionalism and support, but unfortunately, I received the opposite. I would not recommend First Agent Care Tujanga to anyone looking for reliable customer service. The blonde girl at the front desk was on a call the whole time took very long so i decided to leave
I came in for a Covid test and was seen immediately, the nurse took my vitals and performed a rapid Covid test. This was the fastest service I have received at an urgent care ever! I highly recommend if you’re ever in an urgent situation the staff was very helpful and welcoming!
Every time I visit this urgent care the receptionist Melanie makes my visit easier to get through. She is so kind, helpful, and patient and is always quick to get me checked in and out. The clinic is really lucky to have someone like her.
