I'm really surprised at why this location is still open! One time I had bronchitis but the doctor told me it's either cold or lung cancer!! One time I had eczema but another doctor diagnosed me with fungus. Just yesterday my mom and I visited there. The doctor showed up with a stained and dirty coat and despite of both of us complaining about cough, he did NOT do anything but chatting and tried to sell us a stupid lab test. I just got home after seeing the provider Ani. I wanted to make sure she gets recognized for outstanding care. This was not my first time being cared by her. She addressed my situation and went beyond with other recommendations to help me out. She’s always very caring and helpful. Easy to talk to. Thank you for always helping when we don’t feel good.

I took my husband to First Aid Urgent Care in Tujunga too have wax cleaned from his ears. Costco recommended an urgent care since they couldn’t do a hearing test with his heavy wax buildup. Staff was friendly and able to help him right away. Robbin and Ryann were thorough and took as much time as needed to get it all out. They also explained the process as they went along. I feel confident in their work and appreciated their friendly caring service. This is a great place to check out if you ever need an urgent care.
