I have been a patient of Firouzian dentistry for almost three years and each visit has been as important as the next. As we know, it is never one and done with a Dental practice. My husband Robert had surgical implants to his bottom jaw two years ago. Needing the upper implants, after having cadaver bone grafts to the upper jaw did not seem to be something that was going to happen. He was a very difficult "case". Dr. Firouzian and his staff have made this happen. The situation was so very complex that on our first visit to his lovely office we were not certain how it was going to come to fruition. My initial visit was for a cleaning. The office personnel were friendly, professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door! They took their time with me, no rushing me thru, but steady. My hygienist was amazing! Up to date equipment and lasted technology at a reasonable price. His office is one stop shop, something I was looking for. Dr. Firouzian and his team are great! They're always very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I was never a big fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Firouzian's practices and techniques are the most up to date and patient centered I think they could be. Even during the cleanings, exams, fillings, etc., they have relaxation techniques they use that help calm the nerves. All appoinments are a great experience!
There is nothing I have to suggest! They are quick to getting you back there and are friendly and will talk to you. They answer any questions or concerns and don't treat you badly if you do have any issues and to me that is super important. One of the best dentist offices I have been to. Fantastic staff and fantastic dentist. Would 100% recommend.
It is always an easy appointment. Not much needs improvement!
