I would not recommend Dr Pak to treat a dog. He ignores family concerns regarding his dialysis patients. He never returns phone calls. His office staff is very rude and unprofessional.

would love to be able to rate, however, Dr. Pak who is the attending physician at Culver West has failed to visit my father who has been there for almost a week. since there is no way to leave a zero I am leaving the lowest grade

Will not return calls. Closes office early when have appointment. Requires cash and stamps to complete state disability forms. Staff very rude and unprofessional. Dr. Pak never returns a call and is rude
