Originally came in to get an old chain fixed (a few links were worn from an accident) - perfectly fixed to match, and they did so very quickly. Excellent customer service and turn around time. I had repairs done to very special jewellery and they did an excellent job. Although they have a small collection of items for sale, I bought a few beautiful pieces which were quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Firo for purchases and repairs.
