I've been coming here for years, love the food and customer service but this last time they went above and beyond... we were in Sunday with a party of 8 adults, 5 kids and our meals took a little longer than expected, which we didn't mind much, we knew we had a lot of orders but after we were done eating the manager came out and said he apologized for not meeting expectations on promptness which is something they pride themselves in so dinner was on him! That's never happened before, definitely made our weekend!
not impressed/ BBQ sauce on the brisket had poor flavor for one of us....the roasted chicken was almost intolerable because of the over salting and heavy spices for another of us and finally the Caesar salad dressing did not have much flavor . No, we wouldn't return!
Great food and very good staff. We try to get there often!
Always a good dining experience eating here. Pizzas are delicious!
