Firestone always does an amazing job! If they recommend something to be done, it's usually either for a safety issue or a legit car problem. I've been taking various cars to various Firestone locations all across the country (since 2000) and have never had any bad experiences. I strongly recommend them as a reliable and ethical auto care company!

Brought my car in with a nail. Melvin and his crew fixed and noticed a previous patch was leaking. They fixed that too and noticed extra charge. I would highly recommend this Firestone and Melvin’s team.
I came in to check my charging system and found out I needed a new battery. Wayne, butch and Andrew were extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and quick about everything. My first experience with this fire stone by the Florida mall and I’ll definitely be coming back for any other issues.
