Not sure what his name is, but receipt says Service Advisor Nelson. Was friendly and informative. I felt that he was sincere in letting me know about other issues with my vehicle, but didn't try to scare or strong arm me into getting those issues fixed. He called and let me know that it would take a little longer for completion and took my coupon without any hesitation.

Mel is our hero! This man deserves a raise and a cuddle. My poor old Subaru is at the end of it's life, but we have 700 miles to get home. Mel showed me what was going on, showed me the repairs he did, and even let us bring our dogs into the lobby area, as it was so dang hot. We were there for 3 hours while he worked out our multitude of issues. In the end, we agreed it was a lost cause, and we'd have to limp home as slow as possible.
