very excellent customer service had a brake traction control abs issue when trying to return home and they were very quick and helpful .they got us back on the road in no time

Our family lives in our RV full time and Firestone literally saved us this afternoon! We were traveling on a Sunday afternoon, and had brake issues. not only did they fit us in in five minutes they figured out an issue we have had on and off for a year that dealerships haven’t solved, and got it fixed the same afternoon! We could not have asked for nicer and more knowledgeable technicians.
First time at Firestone; came in for oil change and car alignment. Shawn’s customer service was nothing short of exceptional throughout the process. Customer service seems rare these days and when you’re dropping a few hundred $$ it should be the least of asks to receive. I would definitely recommend and will be back!
