I came in to check my charging system and found out I needed a new battery. Wayne, butch and Andrew were extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable and quick about everything. My first experience with this fire stone by the Florida mall and I’ll definitely be coming back for any other issues.
Been coming to this Firestone location for years. Will continue to come thanks to Melvin. He is absolutely wonderful. Knowledgable, always helpful, and goes the extra mile every visit. If honesty is the keystone of business, as the founder for Firestone has stated, Melvin exemplifies that quality. The rest of the staff are also skilled and hard working.
Melvin is awesome! He's always made sure we're taken care of, and this visit was no exception.
Great service and employees
Horrible service. Dropped off my vehicle at 9am for an oil change, stopped by at 1pm and nothing had been done to the vehicle. The older service advisor with white hair said they would call once it was done and they never called and the vehicle stayed overnight. Eventually I picked up my van the next morning at 8:30am and guess what? Oil change hadn't yet to be done, so I took my van and left. The lack of consideration and unprofessionalism is appalling.
