First time going to a Firestone and Alberto Ballester made it a great experience! I usually take my car to the dealership, but not anymore. I will definitely be getting my oil change and any other car repair here. Great customer service. I felt like I didn't get ripped off.
If I could rate them a 10, I would. They are all so very nice and professional. They took great care of me. This past Thursday, my vehicle had a complete tune-up at a previous auto body shop. On my way here, I heard something constantly ticking, that I didn't here before. My vehicle was also skipping. I missed valuable time with my nephews and family, to sit here most of the day to see what was going on with my vehicle. Very friendly and quick services
I took my car to this shop yesterday and have never been more disappointed. The pricing made absolutely no sense and felt extremely overpriced for the work they claimed needed to be done. They quoted me way higher than other places for the same repair, and when I asked for a breakdown of the costs, the explanation was vague and didn’t really add up. My mom also went to the same place for the same service and payed 30 dollars. These people charged me $180.
I arrived at store at 11 for my appointment and advisor Ethan took care of me and he told me it would probably be a hour or more because it has to be inspected and or service technician, I agreed to wait so after about 2/12 hours I approached Ethan for some information and he was so Rude and I felt like I was bothering him.
