Robert, the store manager, and his team have always provided excellent service. I feel like they really appreciate me as a customer and that means a lot. They are always upfront about the cost of any service I inquire about. Most times I did not make an appointment but they have always been able to fit me in. I plan to remain a loyal customer!
Today is the third time this location has put me in a very bad situation. I drop my work van off on Friday, I ask can they have tje service done by Sunday they tell me yes!!! Come Sunday I hear nothing from them, i am depending on them to keep their word!! They have closed and I haven't gotten tje call I need my van so i can get to work on time on Monday, I have a very busy Sunday and the usually call except tjese three times!!! I will look for Services elsewhere as I have been disrespected too many times now!!!
