I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Quejuan! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and his outstanding customer service really stood out. It's not often you come across someone who makes such a positive impression. Thank you, Quejuan, for being absolutely fantastic!
I didn't know they offered lifetime wheel alignments. I came here to get one and they also offered to flush my brake system for 90 dollars which I thought was a good deal. I'm coming back to get the same on my other car.
I got a price for 4 tires online. I had the quote emailed to me and made the appointment. When we arrived for the appointment it was a tire rotation. They did not have the tires in stock. They told us we should have called. Apparently the online service appointments don't work.
Ronel and the staff are very good. They explain the services you are getting and make proper recommendations for you. They always have a smile and good attitude. Ronel really tries to make you feel like you are valued. I am happy that customer service still exists.
