Very happy with the quick service and recommendations provided to me by Chris and Elvis today at Firestone Lake Nona. Felt like I was being given honest service at a fair price and even see some savings for my future visits to come with tire alignment and rotation. Just 3 hours total between inspection, recommendation and service!
This is my new place to take my car for everything. They're quick, never have had an issue, and the price is always less than I expect it to be
The Customer Service here was excellent. Everyone was personable and kind. I had a nail on the outer wall of my tire and I was able to get the same brand tire shipped to the store within 30 minutes. I will definitely return to fire stone in the future if needed.
Wait horrible and technician are not properly certified . Went there diagnose engine came up with nothing related to the issue. Went pep boys they did a diagnose and found it.
