Went to Toyota dealership to get a tire patched they said I needed to get the whole tire replaced. Left and went to Firestone and they patched it quickly!
I dropped my vehicle off for a 8:00 or 9:00 am appointment and my car was not touched or looked at until well after 4:00 pm. I don’t believe the vehicle was moved or added to the lift for evaluation. Quite frankly I received no new information about my oil leak. I think the hood was lifted and the technician looked and closed it. The car was in the same exact parking spot I left it. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable.
We have been satisfied customer for over 2 years, but today that has changed. I scheduled a 9am appointment for an oil change and front brakes. After waiting for 4 hours I asked what going on. They haven’t even looked at my vehicle and wasn’t until I said something. Now I have to wait another 2 hours for the work to be completed. I’m irritated about the time spent, but upset that a manager or someone in charge didn’t come and speak to me to make sure I was fine. They didn’t care.
