Exceptional service from the time I walked into the building until the time I left. Each team member was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very attentive to everything I needed and they even helped me save with a few discounts. I will definitely be back!
This location has always looked out for me and the staff has always been very courteous on a personal level. They help look at a new car that I went to buy and gave me a lot of good information that helped me save an extra $1300 on the purchase of that vehicle. I will bring it to this location in the future.

Firestone does not have cameras to monitor their parking lot for theft or damage to your vehicle. I had recently found this out when my license plate was stolen from their parking lot, while having repairs completed. I found out it was missing when I picked up my car and noticed it myself and then brought it to their attention. The store rep did not tell me my plate was missing, he said they had noticed it was gone, but this kind of thing is normal, so no reason to inform me.
