Friendly and professional. Great staff and manager.
We got a flat tire on the side of the road, MILES away from Firestone in Knightsdale, we were unable to change the tire ourselves due to not having the “lug nut key”. We called several tire places and auto parts stores and no one had the part that we were in need of. Zion at Firestone Knightsdale, was quick to accept the job. We got towed to Firestone and they had the part and Brandon had our tire changed within minutes even though it was after they had closed. Firestone was amazing thanks to Q and Mike. They took care of all our vehicle needs.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Been here twice and both experiences were upsetting. They don’t believe in communication so they will slap whatever on your car or perform a service without asking and then try to charge you when you go to pick it back up. The second time when I finally decided to give a second chance, I called and made an appointment.
