Very friendly service. Had a nail in my tire that couldn't be repaired. Was pleasantly surprised when they didn't push me to buy a 2nd one. I asked to get a quote on the 2nd one and they gave me a great deal on the pair. Best experience I've had at a Firestone center. Would definitely recommend

I had a great experience at Firestone getting my alignment done. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. Heather at the front desk was welcoming and helpful, and Hector, my technician, took great care of my car. I really appreciate how smooth and easy the whole process was—definitely 5-star service!
Took them 45 minutes to tell me that they cannot replace my tire when I was the first person to arrive to the shop and they weren’t helping anyone else before me. Don’t waste your time going here as they do not value yours. Highly recommend anyone considering going to Firestone to take their business to Discount Tire instead. They carried the brand I needed and got all 4 tires changed in less than an hour while Firestone told me it would take them 40 minutes to change only ONE tire.
