Very impressed with professionalism, honesty and price
Came in for an oil change, brake fluid change, and a state inspection. After almost 4 hours, the only thing completed was the 10 minute oil change. They waited almost 4 hours to tell me they didn’t have the brake fluid and never even got to the inspection. They have a shop full of techs and on more than one occasion everyone but one guy was huddled around a computer. Possibly learning how to do the work. Truly I don’t understand how this was even possible.
Amazing service, amazing staff. Always helpful, complete transparency, constant communication. I can’t imagine taking my car anywhere else.
My FAVORITE Firestone complete auto care center. I’ve been to several throughout the years. It’s always great but this one is my favorite. Jakobie and the team went above and beyond to service my vehicle. They were very kind and helpful. This is my new go to Firestone shop. Thanks guys!
