I have never been treated so fairly and left so satisfied. I came in for brakes (which I was told by them that I didnt need after all), 2 new tires, alignment, and oil change. I was out in less than 2 hrs. Paid so much less than expected, and was taken care of by friendly workers. Love this place!!!
Came in on a Sunday after burning up our brakes coming down from the redwoods. SUPER friendly and helpful staff helped get us back on the road. They were apologetic that this unscheduled work would take 2 hours... are you kidding me!? Eureka is a LOVELY place to be stranded for a few hours. :)
Very friendly and very quick help. The tire of our rental car was repaired very quickly. Many Thanks to the young lady ��
We came from Chino, Ca. To Arcata and our truck kept stalling the next day. We took it in and they solved the problem and asked how we made it that far with the condition of our tires. God was looking out for us. So we got tires as well.
I had to make an appointment a day later because they were fully booked.
