This is no doubt the WORST mistake we ever made...Firestone in Cartersville ruined my car. I ook it in to just get new tires, I had an appointment and ended up waiting for 3 hrs for my car. Then as a "CURTSEY" they decided to check all my fluids. I was never asked if I wanted this done nor did I sign anything to give them permission to do "ANYTHING" except put on new tires. I drove the car exactly 8 miles and it overheated and had to be towed. When we checked under the hood, "THEY" had not tightened down the radiator cap !! ... read more
