I have been taking our cars to Firestone Cartersville for years. I had my car in for an oil change yesterday and paid for the system check, as well. The technician told me I needed freon and my air conditioning gasket cleaned of some leaves, etc. I opted to wait to have these things fixed at the next service. It may just be coincidence, but my car began overheating the morning after I picked it up from Firestone. Went to get help with something put in my gas tank. Was told they can't help me. So much for complete auto care. You have lost a customer
Rude! Rude! Rude! Offered a road hazzard warranty (I had an invoice as proof). Then they told me they don't come with a waranty. Had a appointment and had to wait AGAIN!
The best place ever and the manager was the best to see a woman in this man's world. We took my husband's jeep now I'm going to take my car.
We had a great experience here back in Dec. we were stranded on our way to see the grandkids. Rinaldo and the crew found the problem and fixed it pronto. We highly recommend them!
The only place in town I go to get tires. I trust no one else
