come in twice for alignment, my 4 year old as nd I spent a few hours here and sti no alignment. First time was told it needed inner and outer tie rods so they could not align it. I replaced them despite only one inner being bad. came back and all the sudden the bearing are bad, so they cannot allign it? Guess they went bad since last week when they told me all the tie rods were bad. disapointing.
They can predict whats wrong with your car .The things they predict will start to happen within the next 24hrs of you leaving . Its not right to get in there and unplug stuff. people work hard for thier paychecks. #unfair

Was told I’d be worked in for a tire that needed to be patched and waited for over 2 hours to have it done very understaffed in Sundays for the hours they are open
this is a first time notice, have used Firestone throughout on and off, I take my f250 there but noticed that my oil was black after being changed on 08/16, it's been driven less then a 1000 miles. my friend said it didn't look like it was changed after I spent over $1300 for new tires and a oil change.
Dear Firestone, Waiting TWO AND A HALF HOURS to get an oil change kind of defeats the purpose of making an appointment the day before, doesn't it??!!!
I have always taken my company trucks here and been treated great and also great work done.
