Dropped off car at 11am (appointment time in Auburn, MA) to get 2 front tires replaced. Mechanic at Firestone said it would be an hour, maybe an hour and a half. I decide to walk over to the mall with my girls and do a little shopping. We arrived back at Firestone at 12:40... figuring car is done. Nope they just pulled my car in as I was walking back....really?!? The mechanic said he would get 2 guys on my car to get it done. Took them no more than 20 minutes to get my car done. Thank you so much for the awesome job you did on my jeep tonight!!! After having my exhaust worked on twice in 24 hours elsewhere....it fell off a third time...thankfully you were only a few miles away and willing to look at it. You have very wonderful employees....especially the service manager and store manager and the awesome techs who stayed late to make sure we could continue our trip!!!
I bought 4 new tires here about 3 years ago. Had nothing but problems with two tires always losing air! I had 1 tire blow out driving from Connecticut to mass, and I never had issues with that tire. They replaced all 4 tires and still had issues with losing air in two of them. Every time I try to get it fixed, all I hear is, the seal is gone so we re-sealed it and put more air in. I will never by tires from here again. I ended up going to walmart in Leicester MA for new tires. Have not had any issues with them at all!!
