Came In today and got 4 new tires for my work truck. In and out in about an hour or so. Great people there
Absolutely the best customer service hands down... Came in 5 months ago looking for a tire to replace a bad tire that had a nail in it and couldn't be fixed... Got 2 new tires, lifetime alignment and an oil change at an awesome price... Paid it off in 5 months and came back to get my other 2 tires and oil change and they matched the discounted price that they had given me 5 months before... I can't say enough good things about this place and their employees... Come in and see Mark for your car needs..
Incredible service. I was headed from Gulf Shores to New Orleans and got a flat. Everywhere else was long closed and this Firestone was just closing. They answered the phone anyway and stayed open late just to help me get a new tire on so I could get home, and they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience.
In and out within 30 minutes. Showed up 5 minutes before they were to close early (6pm) for a team meeting. Asked for tires to be installed same day and service manager Fred said there is no way they would turn down a customer wanting to purchase a full set of tires. Didn't have to ride that Donkey back across the bay!!
