Yesterday I picked up 6 screws between my front and rear passenger tires on Hwy 31 as I was driving my Aunt from Bay Minette to the eye doctor in Daphne. I dropped my poor Aunt off and went straight to Firestone in Daphne. The staff was so wonderful. They got me fixed up right away so I could get back to my Aunt. And they made it easier for me to get my daughter in the car who is in a wheelchair while it was pouring rain outside. Something they did not have to do. The staff at the Firestone Center in Daphne, AL gets my highest marks! They are always professional/courtous and have always provided excellent customer servie. Prior to opening in ~ 2017, I had never used Firestone for my vehicle needs. Since that time they get all my business. Becuase of the relationship I have developed with my local store, I have visited several other Firestone store (namely Mobile and Huntsville, AL) and have experienced similar levels of service. Thank you!
I want to give a big thank you to the Firestone store in Daphne, AL. We broke down coming home yesterday (on a Sunday 😲) and they got us up and running very quickly and we didn’t have to sell a kidney to pay for it. God is so good! 😊
Tried to charge me $1100 for back brakes, took my vehicle to a master mechanic at a dealership for second opinion and showed them my quote from Daphne, Al Firestone and the mechanic told me that Firestone was trying to double charge me for labor, charge me for parts I didn't need, and didn't put my shoe back on properly and he had to fix that when checking my brakes out. Never will I use this place again, lying scamming POS ....
I’ve been going to this location for years. They’re fair and honest. I had a 7 am appointment Saturday and was told to expect 2 hours due to vehicles left over from Friday. I had no choice but to wait but had brought something to do. I was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready in 1 hour! Thank you, Fred!!
