The employees here are great. We had to have our truck towed here and the service was fast and great. The price was better than another Firestone I called also.
Worse customer service. Rude employees who don't listen and use comments like "sarcastically speaking" to customers. Then ask if I've been there before after I explained what they did last time I was there.
