will not mount your tires unless you purchase them there. also, tried to get my tires rotated but was told that I needed an alignment first. so they can make another $89. so I left and had no problem elsewhere
RecommendedWe are on a road trip when one of our tires was giving indications of something wrong. Stopped to get repairs made and the team there was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and very fast! On the road now and everything is running smoothly. I def recommend this place.
Make a appointment and wait 1 hour! Don’t tell you break check is free and charge you for a complete vehicle inspection ! Shabby, very disappointed.:(

Always fast and super nice service
After a two hour wait, I was told that my tire could not be repaired due to a screw in it. Firestone does not sell Michelin tires so I was told that they could sell me a Firestone tire and it would work, just not match my other tires. Since I did not want mismatched tires, I went across the street to Pumpelly and told them I needed to buy a new tire. Pumpelly looked at my tire and said it was a simple repair and could be easily fixed. I will never go to Firestone again.
Been here since 1:30 to get 4 tires changed, was told it would take 2 hours, it is now 6:30 still waiting.
The employees were awesome and very helpful with all my questions. They took care of my vehicle in a good timely manner.
