Took my car in today because I thought I had a warped rotor( I did ) they got me in & out in 2 1/2 hours ( also got oil changed , breaks checked , tires rotated ) car drives AMAZING thanks guys
They are always polite and on top of things. James, Dave and a mechanic went out of their way to fix my vehicle in the limited time I had. Its the only place I take my trailblazer.
Some of the most friendly staff I have ever dealt with when getting my car serviced. They were very flexible with me having to switch what I needed done (due to cost) even after they had already started. They also helped me to figure out the most important things that needed to be done instead of pressuring me or trying to guilt me into something I couldn't afford.
Made an appointment to get *one* new tire that was wearing out replaced. I sat in the lobby thinking it would be a quick fix. It took 2 hours for them to change it and I was charged $30 more than I was quoted. At 10am on a Thursday, they were not busy. Won't be returning.
This store guaranteed my breaks where bad and that is why my battery and brake light was coming off so after 180 for fronts and backs the light was coming on and I told the kid that it was my alternator and it he said it wasn't it was the breaks and had to take it back the next day and lord behold it was my alternator that was bad that was replaced last February by the store by the battlefield mall!! Will never go to them again!!!!!!!! Horrible company..not happy at all waste of my money
