RecommendedEvery time I call to make an appointment or just pop in for service, Firestone takes care of my vehicle. Sometimes I come in walking with my prosthesis and other times, I am in a wheelchair. They have held open the door and offered to go above and beyond and I truly appreciate the kindness.

5 stars The people that work here are wonderful. They are friendly and honest. They treat their customers with respect. They explain everything they find and make sure you understand and always check with you before making any repairs. They don’t pressure you into extra treatments or services. They seem to genuinely care about their customers. If you are looking for a good place to bring your car, definitely bring it here!
Got a great set of Bridgestone tires at a good price. Austin was very helpful. Great place to do business wiih.
Had to stop here on the way to my vacation destination... James and Amber were extremely helpful. The staff members are professional and welcoming. They even have toys to keep the kids preoccupied! Would recommend them to anybody.
I had taken my car in to gets its AC replaced due to it failing on me, they were able to make it a bit cheaper by offering remanufsctured parts instead of new (I have a classic car that I use remaned parts on I'm ok with them) it took a bit but it was expected. They are also very quick with other things as well like oil changes and such. Would come back again!
Larry... You rock! Despite having to get two new tires yesterday I felt that you went above and beyond to make the experience pleasant. You treated me with great respect and I deeply appreciated that! I went out of town today and it was the smoothest ride my truck has felt in a long time!
Had a great experience today. I bought a set of tires and had my Tahoe serviced. The staff is amazing they went above and beyond when taking care of what i needed. This is where we are having our service work done from here on. Thanks so much for what you do.
Getting some new shoes on the ride! Wow!!! This place has improved 110% since I was here 3 years ago! Things have gotten smooth quick and efficient!! I'm confident in the work they perform now!
