Glenn was fantastic! I had to leave my car overnight due to a flat tire. I called the store the next morning. And in a short period of time he had my vehicle ready. Which was greatly appreciated. Due to the fact that I had to drive back to Jacksonville from Orlando. He was knowledgeable and professional. Which truly stands out in this day and age. Thanks again Glenn!
I met Glenn for the first time ..he greeted me and spent time listening to my vehicle story . He said he was manager there five months and he’s a welcome change . Everything was done properly and , as understaffed as they were, my vehicle was ready on time Thursday afternoon. I had an excellent experience at your Hoffner location. Your manager is “top notch “
Took my car to get an alignment and get my tires balanced my car came out worse they ask me to bring it back it got worse took it to pepboys all my rims had had lines of weights all over the rim everytime i took it back they added more weights pepboys took them off and re did the alignment and balancing and the car is running great never will go there again .
I had an appointment, at my arrival i was told that my appointment was not there when it was and was told to go to another location, so I did. Went to the Firestone in Lake nona they are super nice and professional!
