got back from a trip and had an unresponsive car at the airport. mobile mechanic thinks its the alternator and can't help. I get the car towed to firestone and they not only confirm its only a bad battery and replace it but do it without screwing me over and getting me home same day.
Poor service and high prices. Staff members spend time on personal phone calls instead of delivering the car when it’s ready. I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes unnecessarily, even after being told the vehicle was ready for pickup. Very disappointed with the service.

Glenn was fantastic! I had to leave my car overnight due to a flat tire. I called the store the next morning. And in a short period of time he had my vehicle ready. Which was greatly appreciated. Due to the fact that I had to drive back to Jacksonville from Orlando. He was knowledgeable and professional. Which truly stands out in this day and age. Thanks again Glenn!
I met Glenn for the first time ..he greeted me and spent time listening to my vehicle story . He said he was manager there five months and he’s a welcome change . Everything was done properly and , as understaffed as they were, my vehicle was ready on time Thursday afternoon. I had an excellent experience at your Hoffner location. Your manager is “top notch “
