I had my tire go flat on me while I was driving. I stopped at Firestone and I am so grateful I did. Glenn the service manager was so helpful. He got me in & out so quick. I was really stressed and overwhelmed but Glenn was calm and helped me relax. It was a good price for tires and it was fast service. I highly recommend going to Firestone on semoran, you will be in great hands.
Jeff was very helpful, he worked magic and fit me in plus fixed the problem and then some! Would recommend again and return! They were great!
I took my car to Firestone on, 5505 Semoran Blvd, with no issues, expecting routine service, but I left with and unexpected and concerning problem. After their work my car developed a strange noise, which I later discovered was due to a broken ball joint. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of service and lack of attention to detail.
