The wait time are ridiculous, they should mention their wait times when you purchase their products with life time warranties..!!
They were so lazy to not even take the previous sticker off from my last oil change, instead they just placed the new one right next to it. Also, I dropped off around 10am, went by close to 5pm because I didn't hear from them. They claimed someone tried to call, however I did not have a missed call nor a voicemail saying my vehicle was ready. I told the woman and she had no answer for me. Minor issue, but come on people.
Always a nice experience. All of the employees are nice. Their all very knowledgeable. Always a pleasure.
