Up until today i would recommend firestone made an appointment the day before the day for service for 1 pm and it took them 2 1/2 hours to start worse service i have gotten in all the years i have been coming here will take my business elsewhere they should have let me know there was a 2 hour waiting period
Before the process, I asked how long the wait was. I was told there was 2 cars in front of me so it would be about 45 minutes to an hour. Here I am still sitting and waiting and it's been over 2 and a half hours. To top it off I'm just getting an inspection done!
