On 5/12/2018 my car broke down in Pa. while I was visiting my family for Mother’s Day. I am a resident of Maryland. I was sitting at a light in Bethlehem, Pa. with my children in the car and I heard a loud sound and then my car wouldn’t move. I had my car towed to a local Firestone. (1751 Airport Rd. The actual work on my truck was good. But my reservation was lost, 1 tire replacement scheduled for 12 wasn’t finished till almost 5. And road hazard was added to ticket without my consent.
Oil change and fuel filters for my Ram diesel took nearly 3 hours because they ordered the wrong filter and had to wait for the right one. They didn't change the second fuel filter at all.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service!
It took almost eight hours for them to properly align my car without replacing any parts. I paid for the lifetime alignment and will choose a different store when it needs to be realigned.
I always get great service here. My oil changes are always quick. You have to make an appointment. Monique rocks!

Slow slow slow.... oil change and tire rotation...4 hours.... really!
Worst shop in town. 5.5 hrs for an inspection and oil change. I was told almost 5 hrs in that my car would be ready in 15 min. 30 min later I go check on it on the lift and they are just then doing the oil change. Customer service is a joke and if you're a woman - send your husband cause they will talk down to you and dismiss you. They talked smack about another shop close by to my husband Sunday when he stopped by to see if they had time for my car then, that will be the shop that gets my business next time.
