The store manager Chase definitely showed a level of customer service that you don't see anymore. Being able to run a busy store, while listening to customer's needs and making them feel like long time friends or family members definitely warrants 5 stars in my book.
These guys were amazing. Our car broke down in Amarillo, and we had it towed to their shop. First thing in the morning, they ran the diagnostics and determined the problem. They had us on the road within an hour.
Got a stripped tire outside of Adrian, called in ahead of time to let them know when we will be there. When we got there turns out it was the wrong Firestone, but still took us in anyways. Even though all the bays were full, the tech took a car jack and put on a new tire for us outside the bay. Went above and beyond
Trinidad was great got us in and out with 4 new tires and checked pressure on 8 tires on our motor home in 2 hours
I have been a faithful customer here. I just now went inside to get one of my tires fixed, which I purchased at Firestone and was met with rudness. The lady at the counter was not giving good or fair customer service. She said I can leave my vehicle. I told her I would come back because she ssid the couldn't get to it for 3 hours. She told me I could not come back.
These guys were fantastic! We were passing through Amarillo and found we had a flat tire this morning. Trinidad and the whole crew took great care to make sure we were ready to keep moving. Garrett even went next door to get us some water! A real blessing to what could have been a rough day. Thanks, guys!!
