My husband came here to get his brakes serviced, and they offered a free oil change with all the other work being done, which we thought was great. fast forward 5 months and it's due for another oil change, and we take it to a different place. These guys spent 5+ hours trying to get the oil filter off the car because it had been tool tightened at Firestone and stripped the bearings. the filter eventually had to be cut off. i hate to go full Karen but I am Wanna make sure no one else puts themselves in this position. 100% mistake I will NEVER come here again. Almost FOUR HOURS IN and I am STILL waiting for my car. A standard oil change! Four hours! Unacceptable. I am so upset. I was quoted a TWO HOUR wait time which is still outrageous. RecommendedI am a musician on your traveling from country. Yesterday I got a flat tire on I 40 around 5:30 in the evening. Most places close at six so I thought for sure I would be stranded in Amarillo for the night. I called firestone and they said to bring it over. Stay away from the firestone on S. Western. This is by far the worst firestone I have ever dealt with. Made the mistake of sending my daughter there for an oil change. 2 hrs later she is still sitting in the waiting area with her car still parked in the same spot. My mistake, I have dealt with them before and it’s always the same thing. Rude employees and slow slow slow👎
Firestone is slow as hell one hour and 40 minutes waiting to get a tire fixed still havnt even got car in this aint the first time either never coming back# team discount tires
I was able to make an appointment, which is nice with the kids! They did everything I asked them to take care of this week. I will be going back on Sat to get the rest of this month's repair work done. I will say the part prices seem high, but being able to charge the cost is a major plus! It is more than worth it. Thanks guys!
Tried to get me to pay more than $3,100 for supposedly-needed maintenance, which would have cost more than what the car is worth. Beware of these folks, they'll try to scam you.
