These guys always do a good job for us. We know that good service takes time, so we always leave the vehicle with no hurry to get it back. The cost was reasonable and appreciate the friendly folks at the counter. We won't go anywhere else. Our Dodge Ram and Mercedes Benz are in great running condition , thank you.
Worst Firestone ever!! I'm from Corpus and the service at the location near the mall is excellent. This location in Victoria is awful, the store itself is filthy (a lizard fell out of their ac vent on to the disgusting carpet while we were waiting)and the staff is rude. I made an appointment and still had to wait over 45 mins, which they could have said when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. It sucks everyone here is very unhappy and the wait time is totally over the top
Better going here than going to Goodyear. The wait time is almost nothing compared to three hours.
