They over filled my oil and Now it has a leak because of them.
I cant speak for Prior to 2018, but I do my best to get you guys in and out in a timely manner and when I am there I try to make sure that everyone is taken care of in the most fun, friendly, and professional way. I was misquoted on a front end job and was told it would be 1k more after they had put the parts on. I called and spoke with Margarita, and she fixed it in a kind manner and helped us out the best she could. People make mistakes, and they went above and beyond to make it right with us. Thanks to all of you for getting us back on the road safely and working with us!
I wish I had read the reviews. Go elsewhere. The person at the front yelled at me when I asked if my vehicle was safe to drive after waiting 3-4 hours. Really awful experience and management
I called as I was approaching this location. It rang at least 20 times before I just hung up. I walk into the lobby to find the staff talking to a customer. I wasn't acknowledged, so I figured I call again to see if the phone number was just incorrect or something. To my surprise, it rang and the staff laughed about it saying, "oh, they're calling back". As I was leaving Victoria to drive home to Houston, realized I was having problem with a tire. They were getting ready to close on Saturday but Margarita was quick to offer help. They replaced a tire that was under warranty so it only cost $14 (I was expecting a $200 bill). Margarita & Ethan stayed late to help even when it was not a big ticket job!
They always give you a worst case scenario situation (Most expensive) instead of trying to fix the problem which is usually a less expensive solution ... each time I've taken my vehicle some where else for a second opinion the cost is substantially lower. I've given these people the benefit of the doubt multiple times and each time they try and make the repair the most they can get out of me money wise. I wish there were negative stars. I will never go here again. I was told a hour to an 1 1/2 hours for brake inspection and 2 tires. I have now been here for 5 hours and I'm still here. The few things that needed to be replaced they wanted to charge an in believable amount!! I feel sorry for the people that have no mechanical knowledge that they have already scammed!!!
