I had a small nail in my tire and stopped by to get it fixed. They were very polite and willing to help. They were impressed that I saw it. I told my “my Grandpa always told me to look at my tires.”
Needed an inspection for Uber and Lyft. Most (if not all) other locations charge for one inspection to fill out both forms. This location insists they have to use two different technicians to do each inspection (not necessary), or that one technician has to do the inspection twice (the forms for each ask the same exact questions).
Once again they provided excellent, friendly service! They go above and beyond to take care of their customers! Long story, but I found out I had exposed wires on two of my tires right before I was headed out of town. I called multiple places and either they didn’t have my size tire in stock or didn’t have time for same day service. I showed up at Firestone at 2:45...they didn’t have the tires in stock or the time, but they decided to help me out anyway! Firestone is a scam.....bought there tires, warranty, road hazard, rotation included ( 2017) and lifetime wheel alignment . May 2018 warranty was voided because I didn't tell them to do complimentary rotation.in Jan... From Sept to February each month I did alignment and rotation... each time told them to do alignment and rotation..... they will call you to sell extra service (oil change in rear dif., wipers replacement etc) but not to ask for rotation because it is free DO NOT GO THERE
I brought my car in yesterday to have new tires placed on it. I just opened my trunk and all of my tools are thrown in the back of my car! I promise you that is not how they would have found them. Nothing was mentioned to me when I paid for the services. I just tried calling the store and I got disconnected once the gentleman asked me to hold the minute he answered the phone.
Just left this place and it was one of the best experiences we've ever had! We blew a tire this morning and needed a new set of tires right away! Not only did they work us in and give us great friendly service, they did something even more important!! While waiting, I found a kitten in the bushes. I have 4 cats at home already and my husband said no more!! I was so upset and tried calling everyone I knew to take the cat but no one would!! Ordered tires Thursday, were to be in Friday, had Saturday app't, called ahead of time to make sure things were alright since there is flooding going on, told everything on time...well, as it turns out, once I got there they inform me tires never came in. Worse, customer service must have attended same classes as United Airlines....Agitated, I said I don't want the tires and the rep said OK as I start to head out the door. OK!!!! Disappointing when businesses couldn't care less...guess they're busy enough...for now.
