At 7:30am I dropped off my wheel and tire for a flat repair. I had already marked the leak (a small hole in the center of the tread) and rolled the tire into the Pleasant Crossing (Rogers AR) location, I was told it would take until lunch time to fix it. I said ok, and wasted a whole day waiting on it. At 5:50pm I went back by the location and it had not been touched. 10hrs and 20minutes later I was forced to just take it home and fix it myself.

Went in for regular maintenance work, John was great help me get only the Services I needed done today and helped me set an appointment for tire replacement and other needed services. Its reassuring when you know you can, as a woman, bring your vehicle in for service and have them try and talk you into service you don't yet need done to your vehicle. I thought that I would possibly also need to have breaks and a tune up but they checked both and assured me that I needed neither until next service check. Loved the service tha... read more

Worst place to order tires from in the area. If they say they will call back, they won’t. I ordered specific tires for my vehicle and waited 2 days for them, showed up with an appointment and it took 4 hours after my appointment to get the tires put on . And they put their own tires on anyway that cost $100 more per tire than the ones I ordered. Almost a week later and they still haven’t received the proper tires.
Had appt at noon. Waited hr and 15 min still wasnt fixed.. just leaky tire. Had to leave b/c I had appt. promised Id get right back in when I came back. Its going on hr again. And yes. I trade with this store a lot.
