My alternator went out yesterday, (on a Sunday) in between soccer games and church. They were able to replace the alternator only a few hours before closing. Denis even waited an extra 15 min after closing, so that I could get my keys back after the last soccer game of the day. They gave us wonderful customer service! I would definitely recommend them!
My husband had me take the car in to have tires rotated (way out of my comfort zone). It was a very easy process. There is a lady there who works at the counter which makes me as a female much more comfortable in an auto place.
Friendly and very knowledgeable employees. They care for their customers as if they are family. And they ALWAYS take care of their female customers as if it is their mom, wife, sister, or daughter.
Had new tires mounted 5/25 .... Found out this month when I had air put in by my local gas station that the directional tires were installed incorrectly.. Had to make appt to have fixed, they acted as if I had been somewhere else (like we're lying about something so stupid). I'm sorry you have receipt proof it wAs your company. No one ever even apologized for our inconvenience. Now after they fix the issue I find I have scratched rims. Thanks for taking responsibility!
